Delete your messenger account

Here you delete your BlueOcean Messenger account — you need neither the app nor your password. Enter your email address and we send you a confirmation link. Only your click on that link deletes.

What deletion means

Your account ends and your place becomes free. Your media on our server are removed. Messages you wrote to others stay on their devices — like a letter stays with its recipient. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires. Deletion is final: there is no undo and no recovery.

The faster way if you still have the app

Open the app, tap your profile, then "Account" — there you find "Delete account". That works immediately, without mail.
